NOTE That flows on from Luke Pierson’s Linked in post about the sad state of Wellington.
People that operate behind the iron curtain of WCC – OIA and think their work and comms are private, until it’s not. AI has tipped the balance. We can see all the lies, compare emails, see the memos.
Wellington will suffer for 2/3 years to come, and then come right. The leaders can fix “small compact areas” with landlords, businesses and consumer interest in common, in streets like Allen st, Upper Willis st, Egmont st, Bond St and the lane that goes around by LBQ.
And fix those as “small communities” compact places, and not the whole city at once.
No one has seen these “micro opportunities!” Eat the elephant “one bite at a time”.
