If Emily had her way Cuba st would continue its rapid rise to heaven for hipsters, writers, and serious city people who love a great vibrant streetscape and an awesome mix of lifestyle, art, food, and entertainment. A street that has grown up with homelessness unlike Courtenay Place appears to think they are somehow above it and the homelessness should just “go away” and that will fix everything.
